I am Laiba Azhar a project management is planning, organizing and guiding people and resources to reach goal.It includes making decisions, setting priorities, and ensuring tasks are done well on the time. Good management helps teams work together and stay focused.

Experience:

In November 2024, we did a DSC(development support communication) campaign titled as: Stop abusive language. As a management leader leading my team, managing budget, delivering project on time made our campaign a success. I myself use the proficient methodologies , resource allocation, risk management, with a track record driving successful outcomes.
